Grand Junction, Colorado

Dan and I are wrapping up our week-long work-cation in Grand Junction (read more and see pictures of Colorado National Monument here). Below are a handful of additional photos from the week.

The view from our borrowed kitchen:

Our rental was advertised as “Frank Lloyd Left”:

Dan took me on a bike ride along the Colorado River:

Dan also took more challenging bike rides on his own during his lunch breaks:

And, finally, mountain goats.

We found Grand Junction to be a perfect location from which to work remotely — in June it’s so hot in the daytime that we didn’t want to leave the house (productivity galore), and after work the temperatures cooled enough for us to take advantage of the scenery.

P.S. Be warned, I am now obsessed with quails.

Hello, gorgeous.
