Dan and I have been in Winston-Salem, North Carolina all week, with Dan working remotely while I facilitate focus groups for a local arts organization.
My friend Mary Beth insisted that we make time for SECCA (pronounced Seeka), the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts.
The SECCA grounds also happen to be gorgeous, especially in autumn.
Half of SECCA is located within a more contemporary building, the other half within an English Hunt-style mansion owned by a member of the Hanes family. (That Hanes.)
More North Carolina adventures coming soon!
